TY MALAKAS' UPPER LEVEL CIRCULATION CENTER AND LOW-LEVEL CIRCULATION CENTER HAVE NOW DE-COUPLED. DEEP CONVECTION ASSOCIATED WITH THE STORM IS SHEARING TO THE NORTHEAST AND IS NEARLY COMPLETELY GONE OVER THE EQUATORWARD QUADRANTS OF THE SYSTEM.
