Tropical depression (td) 25w (noname), located approximately
235 nm east-southeast of Naha, Okinawa, has tracked north-
northeastward at 23 knots over the past 06 hours. TD 25w has
crested the subtropical steering ridge axis and is encountering
the midlatitude baroclinic zone. The system will succumb to
increasing vertical wind shear and decreasing sea surface
temperatures as it completes extratropical transition over the
next 12 hours. This is the final warning on this system by the
be closely monitored for signs of regeneration. Maximum
significant wave height at 271800z is 8 feet. Refer to tropical
