Tropical Storm (TS) 13w (wipha) located approximately 195 nm
southwest of Shanghai, China, has tracked north-northwestward
at 12 knots over the past 06 hours. The storm has weakened
significantly over the past 06 hours and will continue to rapidly
weaken as it undergoes extratropical transition. The system will
accelerate to the north as it becomes fully embedded within the
midlatitude flow. Ts 13w will be fully extratropical by tau 12.
